Delivery Time
When you place an order with The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program we will attempt to expedite shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. If we anticipate a delay in shipping because of backordered items, we will email or call you directly.
Shipping Options other than UPS
If you desire shipping via any other carrier than United Parcel Service (UPS), such as the U.S. Postal Service, please do not submit your order on-line. You will need to call our office at 1-435-655-8171 for a shipping price quote. In addition, orders shipped via any other carrier than UPS, must be ordered by Phone or FAX using the Order Forms on the PRODUCTS home page. The FAX number is 1-435-655-7558.
Purchase Orders
We are happy to accept your official Purchase Order by FAX at 1-435-655-7558. To assist with pricing, you will find Order Forms for the S.T.A.B.L.E. Learner materials and S.T.A.B.L.E. Cardiac Module materials on the PRODUCTS home page. We must receive your official Facility Purchase Order from your Purchasing Department to finalize your order. We will not process a S.T.A.B.L.E. Order Form with a PO number on it.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program depend upon the method and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In certain cases, to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
Effective April 15, 2021
Please read the following items carefully as they affect the future refund of any returned items. Any returns must be approved by the National Office prior to the return: 1-435-655-8171.
- If the shipment was a “mis-ship” then S.T.A.B.L.E. will ship the correct items promptly at no extra charge and the return of the mis-shipped items will be paid by S.T.A.B.L.E.
- If the incorrect items(s) were ordered by the customer and the package(s) have NOT yet been opened:
- If the item is en-route to the customer by UPS, the customer can either refuse delivery when it arrives or request a package intercept.
- Upon receipt of the refused or intercepted package back at the S.T.A.B.L.E. office, and receipt of the UPS bill for that period, a full refund for the product materials will be processed, less the additional UPS charge for delivery refusal or package intercept (price varies, ask for approximate quote from S.T.A.B.L.E.).
- If the item(s) were sent by US Mail, then within 7 days of receiving the item(s), the customer can return ship the package by US Mail or UPS at their own expense. To receive a full refund of the items returned, the unwanted item package(s) must not have been opened.
- The S.T.A.B.L.E. office must first be notified to approve the conditions of the return.
- If the package(s) have been opened, then the returned items are subject to the restocking fee described below.
- If the item is en-route to the customer by UPS, the customer can either refuse delivery when it arrives or request a package intercept.
- If the customer receives the package and then wishes to return items for a refund, the refund is based on whether the package(s) have been opened (see item 2 above), the condition of the returned materials, restocking fees, and edition of the program as follows:
- If the items are damaged during return shipping to S.T.A.B.L.E., the refund amount from S.T.A.B.L.E. will vary from no refund (that is, items were not returned in re-sellable condition) to partial refund (items were returned in a condition that allows re-selling, but less a restocking fee of 15%).
- Damaged items returned to S.T.A.B.L.E.: If items are received at The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program in a damaged condition that precludes reselling of the item(s), then S.T.A.B.L.E. will immediately notify the customer of such circumstance. At that time, the customer may choose to either:
- have the items return shipped to them (customer pays return shipping charge); or,
- have the items placed in the S.T.A.B.L.E. donation stock inventory. Note: donations are never sold by S.T.A.B.L.E. to recipients. Donations are provided to those who have no ability to pay, including those from resource limited or poor countries.
- RE-STOCKING FEE for items returned in re-sellable condition: A re-stocking fee of 15% of the item purchase price will be deducted from the refund for unwanted materials that are returned (in re-sellable condition) back into inventory. If some of the items are in re-sellable condition and others are not, then the provision immediately above will be applied to those items that were damaged upon return shipping. That is, no refund will be provided for the damaged items and the customer will be given the option to pay for shipping to have the damaged items returned to them.
- Damaged items returned to S.T.A.B.L.E.: If items are received at The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program in a damaged condition that precludes reselling of the item(s), then S.T.A.B.L.E. will immediately notify the customer of such circumstance. At that time, the customer may choose to either:
- If a new edition of the program has been published or produced, then there will be no refund for unwanted materials that are returned from the prior edition(s).
- The customer must ship the package in either the original packaging or in packaging that adequately protects the materials from damage during the return shipping.
- It is strongly recommended that the customer insure the package to cover their loss if the package is damaged by the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, Postal service, etc.), as this will affect the refund amount.
- Upon inspection of the returned items, S.T.A.B.L.E. will advise the customer regarding the condition of the items and the refund amount.
- In the event that the refund is less than the original cost of the order because of damage during shipping, it is up to the customer to file a claim with their shipping company or postal service in order to be compensated for the damaged items.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded to the customer.
- Return shipping charges are not refunded to the customer.
- If the items are damaged during return shipping to S.T.A.B.L.E., the refund amount from S.T.A.B.L.E. will vary from no refund (that is, items were not returned in re-sellable condition) to partial refund (items were returned in a condition that allows re-selling, but less a restocking fee of 15%).
